Adding additional subject is not working

Sorry to hear you're running into this issue with the additional Subject Reference option being unclickable, especially after already trying troubleshooting steps like clearing your cookies.

To help us better understand what's happening, could you share a few more details?

• Which browser and operating system are you using?

• Does this happen in all projects or only a specific one?

• Are you able to add the primary Subject Reference successfully, and only the additional reference is unavailable?

• Do you see any error messages when you try to click the option?

• Have you tried testing in a different browser, an incognito/private window, or another device?

In the meantime, please try the following if you haven't already:

1. Sign out of Firefly and sign back in.

2. Test in a different supported browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari).

3. Disable any browser extensions, especially ad blockers or privacy tools.

4. Try creating a new project and check whether the additional Subject Reference option is available there.
