Adobe Firefly Boards – “Something went wrong” issue after uploading images

Hello,
After uploading some images to Adobe Firefly Boards, I encountered an error message saying “Something went wrong” and I can no longer open my board or return to the homepage properly. I have tried refreshing the page and clicking "Back to Home", but the same issue persists.

Here is the error UUID: a2cc38d2-eb18-4ab0-b0a8-7b9f3713b06e
Screenshot attached below for reference.

Could you please advise how to resolve this issue or if there's a way to recover my board?

I am trying to create a new board. I also tried on another computer with the same error, so it is looking like the issue is likely with my Adobe account. Please help with any suggestions. Thank you!

What type of account and subscription do you have?

@Kartika Rawat I have a personal account and an enterprise account that was also associated with the account. I removed myself from the eterprise account, logged back into my personal account, and now I get this message:

Thanks for writing back. Are you trying to open a doc that was created with a previous (enterprise) account?

Hi @vsapks_2604,

 

Here's a screen recording of my issue with error message when trying to create a new board. This occurs in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Any suggestions?

Thanks for sharing the screen recording. Do you have an enterprise account? If so, could you log out and then back into your account?

Hi @SamarthS! Holding Shift key while refreshing did not solve the issue. I'm having the same issue in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. I also occasionally get this message when I click refresh in the window:

 

 

Please help with any additional fixes. Thanks!

I'mhaving a similar issue, but get the following error as soon as I open https://firefly.adobe.com/boards/new

 

Something went wrong
We’ve encountered an unexpected problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home.

Can you try a hard refresh of that page? Hold the <SHIFT> key down and press refresh or reload.

 


If that does not work, do you have the same problem with Firefox and Safari?
