Adobe Firefly credits show 250/2250. Supposed to reset today,  no reset. Signed out/in, nothing changed. Timeline empty despite active project; no history shown. Reset date keeps changing, not monthly as promised.

This is a community support forum, so we do not have access to your account here.  Do you only have one Adobe account?

Can you please reply with the following information:
• Please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address. 
• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
