Adobe Firefly does not except my images - it fails to generate

Hello, I would like to animate two images (1080 x 1350px) I created in PS CC using them as the starting frame and end frame. But Firefly does not except my images - it fails to generate:

"Unable to load

We cannot process this prompt because the reference image
does not comply with our usage guidelines. You can upload another image
and try again."

I don't see any violation of the user guidelines on my part.

Can anyone please help me!

I do not understand why these have been rejected. I did my usual tests and have did not find a solution. I have asked for these images to be looked at.
