Adobe firefly "Generate Video" - Adobe Firefly generated images don't meet the guidelines

Adobe Firefly Generate Video is telling me the 2 reference photos that I generated using Adobe Firefly can't be processed because they don't meet the guidelines. I’m confused. How do photos that were generated using Adobe Firefly not meet the guidelines?
