Adobe Firefly Generates Errors While Consuming Credits

I am writing to report a recurring and serious issue with Adobe Firefly.

For a long time now, Firefly frequently fails to generate images and instead returns an error. However, despite the generation failing, my credits are still being deducted. This is not a one-time issue — it has happened many times over an extended period.

At one point, all of my remaining credits were completely consumed due to these errors, without successfully generating the requested images. This is extremely frustrating and unfair, as I am losing credits without receiving the service they are meant to provide.

I rely on Firefly as part of my creative workflow, and this ongoing problem is seriously affecting my work and trust in the system. I kindly ask you to investigate this issue, restore the credits lost due to failed generations, and ensure that credits are not deducted when an error occurs.
