Adobe Firefly is not working under any model.

I am trying to generate and edit images using Adobe Firefly.. it’s not working in a reliable manner. Over and over it is wiping out my work and saying it can’t generate anything. This image will show you this is occurring with every AI model. Firefly, Gemini, and GPT.

      I ran a quick test on my end to see what might be causing the error. Since I was able to generate an image using your prompt, that leaves us with two possible areas to check:

      • Reference image: It’s possible your reference image doesn’t meet the user guidelines. To confirm, please share it with us so we can test and see if we can reproduce the error.

      • Account status: Please make sure you’re logged in with the correct ID for your plan. Also, share a screenshot of your account info from the top‑right corner avatar on the page (be sure to hide your email address).
