Adobe Firefly keeps reporting error trying to create image to video on Veo 3.1 fast, I think there were some credits not refunded. This keeps happening for days now. What's the problem??

They fixed it by now, but didn´t refund the credits...Thinking abou leaving Adobe….

Same here. I cant use an image to create a video of one of our models… First I thought it was casue is a model image… but thank to you I see is a normal problem… In my case was with normalVeo 3.1.

I’ve been having the same issue for days. Is there a way to get in touch with adobe support for individual subscriptions?
