Adobe Firefly not loading. New or saved audio/text files

What browser and OS are you using? Is this the only thing not working? Can you please include a screen shot of the full browser window?

Next steps to try:

1. Try doing a hard reset of the page by holding <SHIFT> and pressing reload.
2. Try logging out and back in.
3. If on Windows, try resetting the Defender firewall back to default settings.
