Adobe Firefly not remembering previous session

What I still don't understand is why Adobe changed a healthy and useful workflow.

So irritating...

Unfortunately, I do not have good news for you.  They made a change recently where any reload of the browser (or close and reopen) takes you back to the main page and what you were working on at that time is lost.  There is no way to get that back, but here are a few steps that can help prevent it in the future.

• At every step where you want to checkpoint (be able to return to), click "favourite". This can end up "polluting" your favourites with a lot of images.  For me, I would rather have a bloated favourite page than lose work. 
• A more tedious way of accomplishing this is to copy the URL* and paste it somewhere else. I know there are some people with large spreadsheets where they save URLs and thumnail images.  That is too tedious for me, so I mostly favourite everything. Also note, it appears with the change I mentioned above, it is now not possible to remove a favourite.
• Favourites are stored in the browser context of the specific browser you used to create the image. You cannot access them from any other browser.  If browser data is cleared, you favourites will disappear. While this advice is contrary to what every other software company says when something is broken (clear your cache and cookies), do not do it.

I think Adobe has heard loud and clear that Firefly users find the situation with favourites unacceptable and that image data (image, prompt, styles) needs to be stored centrally in the Creative Cloud, accessible from multiple computers/browers.
