Adobe firefly page is blank

I have a problem with the page, it doesn't even load, when I want to enter Adobe Firefly, it loads everything in gray, and it doesn't load any images or text at all, it is a gray page and I have been like this for more than a month

    Thanks for reaching out. Could you check if Windows is up-to-date, and you have the latest Microsoft firewall running with the most recent Microsoft-provided settings?
