Hello, @droopydog500 thank you for your reply.

I'm working with a Mac OS 10.15.7 and I try Adobe Firefly via Firefox 136.0 (64 bit). Also with Safari 15.6.1 I have the same problem.

I subscribed to the Firefly Standard personal plan. The keyframe aspect ratio is correct (and still the error is generated even if I change the aspect ratio). I have not tried generating videos without a keyframe, since the generative credits are limited... but before this error came out I successfully generated 12 keyframed videos. With my active plan I should still have 8 available.

Can you please let us know what your operating system and browser are along with their version numbers.  Can you successfully generate a video without a keyframe?

I have a few questions to help track down this problem.

• If you have a personal plan, have you subscribed to a premium Firefly plan? A premium Firefly plan is needed to generate video for people on personal plans. If you did subscribe to a premium Firefly plan, which plan did you subscribe to? (See plans listed here.) Or are you on an enterprise plan?
• Can you generate Firefly video without a keyframe?
• Is your keyframe aspect ratio exactly 16:9?
