Adobe Firefly subscribtion payment: PayPal is down

I tried to subscribe to Adobe Firefly monthly plan with my PayPal account and got the following message - please check. I accessed "Buy now" button via this link: https://www.adobe.com/sensei/generative-ai/firefly.html.

P.S. The Paypal integration is also broken when clicking on "Upgrade" from this screen: https://firefly.adobe.com/
