Adobe firefly video generation failing - generate button not working [merged thread]

It would be nice if the website would provide some kind of feedback letting users know what the issue was without requiring them to search around to discover this information. Adobe earns so much money; I'm shocked they don't do a better job taking care of their customers.

I uploaded a picture cartoon- man with coloful hair - Prompt animate hair like wind is moving it like a power up. 

I click on the generate button and nothing happens.

I'm unable to generate videos with Firefly. When I click the generate button, nothing happens. I have credits, and I've tried several browsers.

I am trying to create a video with "Generate a video (Beta)" but it doesn't work. Other colleagues in my company are able to create them and I can't. Our account should have the same options so I don't understand what is the problem. Can you help me?
