adobe firefly video generator: i want credit back
I would like to request a refund of the generative credits used for a Firefly Image to Video generation.
The generation completed, but it materially altered the supplied reference asset. The source image contained our company logo, and the generated video changed the order of the letters in the logo.
The logo was supplied as a reference asset and the prompt explicitly instructed Firefly to keep the supplied logo unchanged. Altering the brand name makes the generated video unusable.
This is not a subjective quality issue: the generated output failed to preserve the supplied reference asset and changed its textual content.
Please review the generation and restore the generative credits consumed by this request.
I can provide:
-
the original logo/reference image
-
the exact prompt
-
the generated video showing the altered logo
-
the generation date/time
my prompt was:Create a 14-second video using the supplied logo and product images.
0–3 seconds:
The logo appears with a transparent fade-in while zooming out until the complete logo is visible at full width.
Then the logo floats upward to the top of the screen.
From behind the logo, the text “GREEN SALE” appears and moves into position next to the logo.3–14 seconds:
Green and light-green lines progressively draw a 3D product box.
The first product from the supplied product photos is placed inside the completed box.
Then show the products from the second product photo one by one, clearly presenting each product before transitioning to the next.Final seconds:
Display this text centered on screen:bestgreensale.hu
Keep the supplied logo and all supplied products unchanged.
Preserve their original design, proportions, colors, packaging and labels.
Do not invent, redesign or replace any products.
give an email where its possible to upload images, because here refused. this is unacceptable.
