Adobe Firefly video isn’t working on mobile app

Videos aren't generating on mobile app.

Hello @Samuel25355262phhk,

Which video model were you using? The unlimited generations for video only applies to the Firefly model, not the partner models. Were you using the Firefly model?  Even though the language makes it sound like it is generations on the mobile app, it also applies to the web site:

 

When you say you cannot access the videos in your history, what do you mean? What happens when you try? I am using my iPhone and am able to access my videos, however, it did take about 30 seconds from when I pressed on the video until it came up on the generation page.

 I'm not able to retrieve any of my past video generations. 

 

Also when generating video, regardless of model, it just constantly spins with "generating video". I have to exit out, and i found the generated video in my history, but can't access it. 

 

It's sad that this isn't working since Adobe has a promo of free video generations. I was trying to use the app, couldn't so used my computer and so I ended up using up all my credits on my laptop because I guess it's limited to app only so now I have no credits.
