Adobe firefly won't let me upload screengrabs of my own work

Previously I would take a screengrab of my work in Illustrator, upload it to firefly and then prompt it to make 3D, add some fabric texture and it would generate a more realistic version of my photograph.

Now it won’t let me upload a screengrab it says it has ‘Content Credentials’ so it can’t use it. Why is this happening? 

I shared the same image with a colleague and it worked, I don’t understand.

      This is a bug. There was a forum post that talked about it but I cannot find it now, perhaps it was not moved from the old forum yet. I think if you try rewriting the image to a new image file, it might fix the issue. Can you try that?

      I am not sure exactly. Yes, it could be a bug.

      I always go back to the basics in these situations:
      - turn off my computer and turn back on. 
      - press refresh

      - ​​​​​​​open a new tab.

      Sadly, that hasn’t fixed it, 2 of my colleagues have no issues!
