Adobe firefly - you have no access to this function

When trying to use adobe firefly we are getting this message:

We are using Adobe Pro Edition for education for our users and all functions are enabled.

Any idea what is going wrong?

@lieven_6259 not necessarily true. You are an educational account - your admin has to allow access.

In the overview I can see Adobe Firefly as included service. But I have now also found another article stating you would need a seperate license to use Firefly to create videos.

@lieven_6259 the message on screen says to contact your administrator for access. They have to allow access for Educational accounts.

What function were you trying to use? Not all Firefly functions are available to educational plans.
