After one use of image to video, I can't see the button to generate a new video, despite uploading a new reference image and downloading the previous generation

I created an AI generated video by reference image the other day, then didn’t touch the tab for a few days, came back and when I try to upload a reference photo to generate a new image, I am able to but there is not button to generate a new video
