Ai balance Credits not showing

Hello,

I’m not sure if this is the correct place to report this issue, but for the second month in a row I have not received the monthly credits included with my Firefly plan.

The only AI generation credits I’ve been receiving are the additional credits that I purchased separately (7,000 for $29), which makes it feel like I’m paying twice for the service while not actually receiving the credits included in my subscription plan.

Each time the app states that my credits will refill on a specific date, the refill never happens. Instead, a few days before that date arrives, the refill date changes to a different day. I wait for the new date, but the credits still do not reset.

In the screenshot below, I show the listed refill date, but on that day I only received the separately purchased credits and not the credits from my actual monthly plan.

I would appreciate it if someone could look into this issue and help resolve it as soon

as possible.
