AI video creation

The video creation is shit. It prompts you in this page to generate with seedance, and then seedance does never appear in the dropdown. (https://www.adobe.com/ca/products/firefly/partner-models/seedance.html). But then in the platform you see other options like Kling. You enter all the information, you lose the time checking the settings, and when you generate, then it says is not available and i need to contact myself, the admin. All great UX

and this is why the UX is terrible…. always available… but it’s not, always promoted… but it’s not, always there in the screen to select it and lose time configuring it, but not. Anyway I’m already using other services that actually work, idk why I thought Adobe could be doing it right this time

    Hi @eloya88533841,

Thank you for the feedback, and the frustration is completely understandable. Being directed to a feature that then turns out not to be available to you, with no clear explanation, is a poor experience and the UX concern is noted.

The reason Seedance is not appearing in the dropdown is that it is currently not available on business plans. This is documented by Adobe here: Partner models in Adobe products.

Unfortunately, the Seedance product page you were directed to does not make this limitation clear, which is what led to the confusion.

In the meantime, Veo 3.1, Runway Gen-4.5, and Kling 3.0 are available for video generation and are worth exploring as alternatives.

Unfortunatelly that’s not true either. When I select Kling (that is appearing in video creation, and I can select it) I can add all the parameters and only when I click generate, it says it’s not available and I need to contact the admin…. which is me! with no other information, error code, it’s shambles.

ok, Kling might not be available on your plan. Please contact your Adobe account executive to discuss models available to you on your plan.
