All Favorites Are Gone

Hello @Crystal _DDS,

Please stop creating new threads for the same problem.

Let's start with these:

 Images don't generate - you have to refresh the page to get them to appear

> Images don't download when they do generate - download button is not working

> Images can't be saved to "Favorites" - Favorite button not working

Can you please create a screen recording showing this? Or show screen shots, if you cannot create a screen recording.

Please also tell us what operation system (OS) and browser you are using along with their version numbers.

I'm so confused as to why quite literally everything is not working in Adobe Firefly. Feels like I was away from it for a couple weeks and now it's just blown up somehow. The more I try to use it, the more frustrating it is. Basically, if it involves a button, it doesn't work.

My current list of what's broken:

> Images can't be saved to "Favorites" - Favorite button not working

> Uploading reference images doesn't work

> The entire Favorites Library I had is just gone, no computer or browser changes and I've got memory to last a lifetime

> Having to upscale for an additional credit is annoying, especially as I'm burning through credits just trying to get an image to generate in the first place, which I then cannot download or save to Favorites

Please use only one thread per issue. I merged these two messages into one thread.

If you click on "Files" at the top, and then "Favourites" on the left side, is it blank?

Can you please show a screen shot?

If your old favourites are not visible, are you using the same browser on the same computer they were saved and not while using private browsing or incognito mode?

Please tell us what operation system (OS) and browser you are using along with their version numbers.

Not only has the favorites library in Adobe Firefly disappeared, but it doesn't seem as though the "favorite" buttons on images you generate are adding new favorites into the library either.  It's just a white page. Images I generate are also not downloading when I click the download button. It just seems like whatever this last round of upgrades were, it's literally broken everything.
