All my latest video and image generations were deleted, and the existing ones can’t be dragged to the board. I’ve lost time, credits, money and work advances.

    Hi Pol Yoo,

    Thanks for flagging this.

    Is it possible if you can go to Adobe.com, and select files from the left-side bar and check if you can find your generations in Generation history there? 


    If that didn’t work, could you try using a different browser? Like Edge or Firefox and let us know if that solves the issue.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    Could you please go to Adobe.com, and select files from the left-side bar and check if you can find your generations in Generation history there? 

     


    If you still can’t find anything, is it possible if you can share with us your used storage by hovering over it to see your total available cloud storage. This will help us see if the issue is related to Adobe Cloud storage or is it broader.
     

    Hover over your used storage (A) to see your total available cloud storage (B).
