I was able to generate video from the Hello.png image without a problem. If you are getting errors with that image, please show a screen shot of the full browser window with the error.

On the clean look.png image, I believe the issue is the model sees too much skin. If I take the image into generative fill and add a different top, it then generates. This is what I added that worked:

If you replied via email, it strips attachments sent via email, so they did not make it through. You have to post images on the web interface to these forums.

I do not think the model believes you are ugly.  Are you using image to video?  Please upload one of the images and let me see if I can determine why the model is not accepting it.
