All the credits were deducted without generating anything! This is unacceptable. Will all the credits be restored? And when!? It always “something went wrong” and blah blah!

Thanks for reaching out. I know how worrying it feels when credits disappear, especially when you’re in the middle of work.
 

When a generation fails, credits should return to your balance automatically, but sometimes it takes a bit of time before they show up again.
 

If you still haven’t received them back, please share a few details so we can take a closer look:

• Which feature you were using (Text to Image, Image to Video, etc.)

• The model you selected

• The prompt you used

• A screenshot of the error and your credit balance (please hide personal info)
   

Once we have that, we can get a clearer picture of what’s going on and guide you from there.
