AS IMAGENS GERADAS SUMIRAM

A minha galeria de imagens geradas apenas desapareceu.

O Firefly não deixa nem eu usar uma imagem que eu mesma gerei, afim de recuperar o trabalho, pois diz que esta viola as normas. Help!

Hi @Kevin Stohlmeyer, fare enough. Based on the description, there are multiple possible meanings.

@xu378845391cjq, where did you store the images you generated?  In Favourites, in your creative cloud library, or somewhere else?

@xu378845391cjq, you mentioned getting a message on rules violation. Can you please include a screen shot of that?

Thanks,

@droopydog500 confused with this statement "they charged me for storage"?

Hello @xu378845391cjq,

Thank your for the clarification.

Favourites are stored only in the browser cache. If the browser cache is deleted, the favourites are most likely gone forever. I say "most" likely, because there are steps you can take to rewind your cache if you had already been backing it up, but most people do not do that. My primary platform is Mac and I back my browser cache up with Time Machine on the Mac, so I can go backwards in time and restore my cache from a point in time. This has saved me a few times when something was deleted from my cache and I was able to roll the cache and settings back a day.  If Windows was my primary platform, I could do something similar on it.

For a complete description of existing features to save prompts and images, please see these documents:

My best,

Hi, Kevin! Yes, I did. But still the same. Everthing has gone. And, they charged me for the storage. Tks!

Hello @xu378845391cjq,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

You are raising two issues. The primary one being that I think you are getting the red box saying you no longer have access:

Is this the error you are getting?  If so, we cannot help in this forum with that problem. You will need to contact Adobe customer service to see what the problem is. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.

Do not reply to PMs here of people claiming to work for Adobe. They are likely to be scammers.

If your account is suspended, it is likely you cannot access your favourites (which seems to be what you are experiencing). I recommend resolving the account issue first.

Thanks,
    droopy

Sorry to hear that. In addition to above, could you also refer to this link that discusses similar issue? https://adobe.ly/4flWwBY

Let us know how it goes.

@xu378845391cjq did you reset your browser cache by chance? That would have wiped out favorites, etc.
