Audio translation into a language does not work.

I attached a valid audio file, but the recording does not load because I get an error message stating that the file must be over 10 minutes long. My file is 48 seconds long, so the message is irrelevant.
Why is this happening and how do I fix the problem?

Also, I am a new subscriber to this Adobe service and am disappointed with the product.

Hello @pola0D4C,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

 

I looked at your attached photos, and it looks to me like the video you are trying to translate is 47 minutes and 39 seconds long, which exceeds the 10 minute limit. It does not look 48 second long. Can you please double check the length of the video?
