Question

Awful at following prompts

I’m very disappointed with Firefly’s video generation prompt adherence. I’ve repeatedly given clear, specific instructions — including keeping the camera completely static, limiting character movement, and preventing invented lighting or objects — yet the generations have repeatedly ignored these constraints and introduced unwanted zooms, excessive movement, and entirely fabricated visual elements.

Because each failed generation still consumes credits, I’ve now used over half of my included credits trying to correct behaviour that should have been controlled by the prompts in the first place.

I’d therefore like the credits used on these failed generations to be reinstated to my account. I’m happy to provide examples of the prompts and resulting videos if required.

    Hey @Ben27476672441v
    Help us. Help you.
Could you provide an example of your prompt and ref image?
Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.
