Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

I am not sure what you mean. Were you in Generative Fill and removed the background and then saved the image? If so, Generative Fill cannot be used to remove the background of an image. If you need to remove the background, you can use Adobe Express to remove it.
