Background change isn't working

For example you have a tent in the middle of nature, when you try to change the background it generates all messed up with everything blurry/scattered.

I've bene doing this for almost 2 months and every time It worked fine.

    Same issue here , started 2 days ago, customer service not helpful acting as it is normal! Horrible experience, literally wasted all my credits on testing and no results !
