Regrettably, I am unable to perceive the presence of the azure upload button within my visual field. It appears to have vanished from its usual location. Heretofore, I was able to effectively engage with the designated service sans any issues; however, as of late, the aforementioned upload button, along with its corresponding box, eludes my perceptive faculties, as is evident from the accompanying visual depiction.

In an attempt to rectify this predicament, I have diligently undertaken two sequential purges of my browser's cache, yet, alas, no tangible outcome has materialized. Furthermore, I have made endeavors to replicate the conundrum on alternative devices, yet it persists unabated.

I have conscientiously executed a superlative refresh command (CTRL+shift+R) within the confines of my web browser, albeit to no avail. Lastly, I resorted to substituting my customary browser with an alternative variant in a fervent pursuit of resolution, only to find myself confronted with an identical, fruitless outcome.
