Buenas tardes repetidas veces me encuentro con la imposibilidad de subir imagenes de referencia y la aplicación no responde. Me ha ocurrido varias veces y no se repara al actualizar, cerrar y abrir el navegador o apagar y prender el equipo

To help us investigate this further, we'd appreciate it if you could share a HAR file. Please follow the steps below to capture and attach it:

1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Press F12 on your keyboard (or right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect) to open Developer Tools.
3. Go to the Network tab.
4. Enable Preserve log by checking the box at the top of the Network panel.
5. Reproduce the issue in Adobe Firefly.
6. Once the issue occurs, return to the Network panel.
7. Right-click anywhere within the list of network requests.
8. Select Save all as HAR with content.
9. Save the .har file to your computer.
10. Reply with the saved HAR file attached so our team can review it and investigate further.

 ese directorio tiene problemas constantemente 

uso únicamente Chrome, en éste momento no funciona el boton rojo al inicio “FI” ni el boton de adjuntar referencias 

Hola! intento crear imágenes con referencias adjuntas, al intentar adjuntar las referencias el botón no funciona, debo actualizar repetidas veces e ingresar desde diferentes rutas para que finalmente funcione. También existen problemas para descargar desde el mismo directorio de la generación, para poder descargar correctamente luego de hacer pruebas debo ir a  https://firefly.adobe.com/>archivos>historial de generaciones y recién con suerte alli puedo lograr descargar los archivos generados.  En muchas ocasiones tampoco funciona ésta opción. 
En éste momento intenté adjuntar imágenes de referencia y no puedo porque el botón de “imágenes de referencia” no funciona.

What are you attempting to do? make videos or use a reference image to make an image?

I logged out of my Creative Cloud app and that helped.

Providing a full screen video of your workflow would help us considerably. 
Make sure to hide your personal information.

Have you tried a different browser? Chrome tends to work.
