The problem doesn't go away - I cannot use the video Firefly at all. There is no field to enter the prompt and no start generation button. Your support suggested that I try a different browser, but that window only appeared for a few minutes and then disappeared. This happened on my phone, laptop, and desktop using any browser.

Hi @JewelryAnd3DModeling_0443,

 

When Kartika was asking for your OS and browser—that is a standard Adobe bug verification process question.

 

The real question was her second question asking about your subscription, because the error that causes someone seeing what you are seeing is most likely caused by the person not having a plan with Firefly premium features and they have used up their complimentary generations. At that point, they can no longer generate video and frequently see what you are seeing. (Now, whether Adobe should be providing a clear error message (they should) is a different question.)

 

We can verify this is the problem if you can please reply with the following information:
• Are you on an enterprise, teams, or individual plan?
• Please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
• if not on an Enterprise plan, please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
