bug firefly

I am using firefly and due to an error, only credits were deducted and the image was not created.
So I pressed restart and credits were deducted again. I have been experiencing this error repeatedly.
Adobe, you should refund me a significant amount of credits because I was stressed and wasted time because of this error.
