Bug Report – Credits Deducted When Generation Fails on Veo3 Model by Adobe Firefly

I encountered a bug while using Adobe Firefly with the Veo3 model.

When I started two generations, the system displayed the message “Unable to generate”, but my credits were still deducted.

Could you please check this issue? It seems that failed generations on Veo3 are incorrectly consuming credits.

Hello! This happened to me as well! Video generation failed three times but the credits still got deducted. It happens when you click on “cancel and delete” and try again as suggested. Can I please get my credits back and advice on how to make videos actually populate. Thank you!
