Label: Text Rendering Issue, Video Generation

Description:
The text in videos generated by Adobe Firefly is highly inaccurate and unreadable. Even when providing clear and structured input, the text output is:

  • Distorted or gibberish, making it difficult to read.

  • Inconsistent in font, placement, and clarity compared to the given prompt.

  • Missing or altered words, leading to incorrect messaging.

This severely impacts promotional, educational, and business videos, where precise text display is crucial.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Use Adobe Firefly’s text-to-video feature.

  2. Provide a structured prompt with specific text.

  3. Generate the video and observe the inaccuracies in the text output.

Expected Outcome:

The text should appear exactly as provided, with clear readability and correct formatting.

Actual Outcome:

The text appears distorted, unreadable, or incorrect, making it unusable for professional videos.

Request:

Please improve the text rendering accuracy in future updates so that it precisely matches the input text.

I do hope the Firefly models will improve on text, but currently this is a known limitation in both the image and video models.

In image generation you can often work around this using structure reference.
