BUG video

Hello, I encountered a bug while using Ray3 HDR.
I didn’t even finish the video creation process, but my credits were still deducted.
Now I’m left with no credits and no video.

    Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry about the issue. We do not currently offer the option to refund credits. Please try using a different browser and see if the error persists.
