Bug with program

Hi, 

was using a promped that involved: .."anging pendant bedside lamps with crystal details. Hanging pendant bedside lamps with crystal details. " and ended up with variations of hands in the images... I changed the text - removed the word 'pendant', as I though that might be the problem. The hands still showed up, Have opened new Firefly windows, and even restarted my computer. The problem not solved. Hands still appear..., se attached images.
