Bulk color grade on firefly didn't work. The download link says page does not exist.

Did a bulk colour grade in Firefly. When I click the download link in the email it directs to a page which says “Page does not exist”

Thanks for flagging this — we’re investigating why the download link in the email is leading to a “page does not exist” error.

In the meantime, you can download your outputs from the Job log tab on the Creative Production home page.
