Creative production remove background is failing - all files listed as error instantly - no suggestion of fix

Last two jobs (.jpegs / remove background for #FFF), instant fail (email comes through instantly rather than the few minutes it usually takes). Re-exported files to try difference - same result. Can see no difference to my usual workflow.
