Can’t access Sorry, this feature isn't available.

I do not know what is happening. I tried the Translate video and am getting the error message - Cannot access. Sorry, this feature isn't available.- This is only happening on my Dell computer. I tried on a Mac, and it's working correctly. Do you have any idea?

Hi @joe_9457,

 

Where are you located (if in the United States, what state)?  There are geographical restrictions on the translation feature.

I am having exactly the same issue.  I am able to access the translate feature from the web browser on my iphone, but on my windows desktop I get the "this feature isn't available" message.  I have tried both Chrome and Firefox on Windows.  Is there a fix for this?  This feature is the only reason I subscribed to firefly.

Hello @Nogueral,

Thank you for your message. 

Were you logged into the same Adobe account on your Mac and Windows computers?  Are you on an enterprise, teams, or individual plan? That message usually indicates you are using an enterprise plan that does not have Firefly premium services. 

 

If you are on an individual plan, can you please reply with the following information:
• Please click on your avatar in the upper right corner of the Firefly display and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
