can't download firefly videos

i cant download any generated video, so im paying for nothing, i have tried in every browser and still the same

Hi @jose manuel29619987mnai,

 

Were you able to generate a video?  I ask, because in that screen shot it looks like it is before you have generated a video. 

 

Is it possible you are typing in a prompt, pressing "generate" and it is not actually generating? Or are you able to play a generated video in the generation page?

Unfortunately, images do not come through when you reply via email. You have to upload them via the web interface.
