@Andrew31688869e7n1,

Is the issue that the download button is scrolled off the top of the page and you cannot click on it?

Are you using Windows or Mac?

In Chrome, select the ellipsis on the upper right and then select settings from that menu:

On the Settings menu, select "About Chrome":

The version is is shown in the centre of the page:

My best,

Yes, I clicked on keep and then tried to download the image. I tried almost for 10 minutes, just clicking on the "download" button, but nothing, both on Chrome and same on Edge (just did before).

Where do I check the version?

Hello @Andrew31688869e7n1,

ok, thanks for answering. Was this after you had clicked "Keep" or "Cancel" for the last set of changes? Does this happen every time or just once? If every time, if you try another browser as a test, does it still not save?  Please tell me what operating system and browser you are using along with the versions.

Thanks,

When I've done it, I clicked on the "donwload" button, but didn't happen anything.

Hello @Andrew31688869e7n1,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

Can you please explain what is happening? How are you trying to save the file and what is not working? Are you getting an error message?

Thanks,
