Can't find source of data Firefly uses to create quantitative images

using firelfly to produce index maps of frequency data but can’t find source of data that Firefly uses to produce these maps. (I found that the images Firefly produced were beautiful but when carefully checked the data seemed to be completely made up. That is, it seems that Firefly -like most AI bots - hallucinates - but it would be nice to be able to check this against its source data).

    Hi @davidr62130677,

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I understand your concern.

Firefly is a generative AI tool and may create visuals that look realistic without being based on actual source data. To better understand your experience, could you share:

    • Which Firefly feature you're using?
    • Whether you're uploading your own dataset or generating maps from a text prompt?
    • An example prompt that produced inaccurate results?
    • What specific data points or labels appear incorrect?

If accuracy is important, we recommend validating any generated maps or data visualizations against trusted external data sources, as Firefly-generated outputs should be treated as illustrative rather than authoritative data representations.

    Regards,

    Tarun
