Can't follow simple rules

I've spent over half my months credits trying to get it to display "THE 90/10 RULE" and it produces nothing but unintelligible garbage. What a waste of time and credits.

Hi @Ernesto Raul Aguilar,

The model is not good with creating and manipulating text as an abstract object. After Effects or, for simpler cases, Adobe Express are better tools for the creation and movement of text in a video.

My best,

Hi @Ernesto Raul Aguilar

I am sorry for the issue. Could you share the prompt you used and the output you wanted? We can try to replicate it for you.
We recommend checking out this guide to help you get the most out of your prompts. It has some great tips on structuring your input to get more accurate and creative results.

Thanks

I don't remember, something like "create flashy youtube style video with
these exact characters/words "THE 90/10 Rule" After that I tried your
special button that rewrites it for you and that made it even worse if
that's possible. I must have tried like 10 other ways of saying it even
using chat gpt to help write the prompt.

- Visual Style:
• Background: Sleek gradient from deep navy to electric blue, with subtle
animated particles or light streaks for motion.
• Text Animation:
• “THE” fades in with a soft glow.
• “90/10” slams in bold, oversized, with a kinetic bounce effect.
• “RULE” slides up from below, locking into place with a satisfying click
sound.
• Font: Modern sans-serif like Montserrat or Bebas Neue.
• Sound: Crisp whoosh + subtle bass drop to punctuate the final frame.
• Duration: Exactly 5 seconds, ending with a flash or pulse to transition
into the main video.

I finally just went to Adobe Express and made it myself. I get 6000 credits
a month and have only 1600 left just eaten away trying to get this one 5
second video made. Thankfully my credits reset tomorrow otherwise I'd
really be pissed.

Here's a suggestion for Adobe to "do better" - Don't charge a full credit
until a video or image is actually downloaded...you're using us to teach
the machine so we shouldn't get charged until the machine can produce
something we would be willing to buy with our credits. Otherwise we spend
credits on poor or in my case ABSOLUTELY unusable output. The machine never
learns it's making crap and we never get what we want or paid for.

Thanks for the willingness to help. I appreciate it. Unless, of course,
you’re an AI chatbot, in which case, go reboot yourself.

Creatively yours,
