Can't generate videos in boards

I’m using boards to generate videos. When I try to generate with Kling 2.5 I get a ‘something went wrong’ error and nothing is generated.

Im using board because Kling 2.5 doesn’t appear to be available with the video generation tool any longer - has 2.5 just been discontinued and that’s why it’s not working?

The above is all in Chrome. When I try to use boards in Safari, I can’t even select Kling 2.5 as the menu disappears when I move my cursor onto the ‘more models’ part of the dropdown menu (Kling 2.5 also doesn’t appear as a model in video generation on Safari).

    In order for us to be able in investigate further the issue of "Something went wrong" appearing to you, provide us with:

    • A Full Screenshot or short video:  Please provide a screenshot of your entire browser or application window, including your avatar in the upper right corner. Many errors have multiple causes; seeing the full context is much more helpful than a zoomed-in image of the error message alone.
    • System Details: Specify your Operating System (OS) and Browser (including version numbers).
    • Workflow Context: Which Firefly function were you using? (e.g., Text to Image, Generative Fill, Text to Video, etc.)
    • Which model was selected? (e.g., Firefly Image 3, Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3).
    • The full prompt you were using.
    • Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used.


    (Make sure to remove personal details: email address, name and etc. before posting)
