Can't generate with a new subscription

I have run out of my 1000 credits, and FireFly has started generating very simple images that do not align with what I ask for. I have ordered a subscription (Standard One) with 2000 extra credits. They appeared in my account , but nothing has changed. Adobe still generates images that look simple, not following my instructions (I choose "ART," and it generates something based on stock images, I guess). No credits are being used. What is going on?

Hello @Damian_Adasik4713,

Since your question involves styles, can you please include a screen shot that shows what styles were selected and if any reference images were used.  A screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) is preferred.  Your prompt is also truncated, so please include the full prompt.

 

I also notice that your prompt is very long, too conversational, like a story. The model will not understand it well.  The most important object should be as far left as possible and everything related to that object should be grouped together. If you include the full prompt, I am happy to help you rewrite it.
