Can't import photos: "Not supported by.."

Cant import photo it always says not supported by.. 

Its so annoying, im a new user, all i can say is that its not user friendly. Please fix this, i hope all type of image can be generated. I am only using my phone to try how to generate photo. Fix the issue.
