I am writing to express my frustration with the error message I received while attempting to use your product ADOBE FIREFLY TEXT EFFECT. The error message stated, "An error occurred while loading your result. Please wait a few seconds and try again." Despite waiting and trying multiple times, I was unable to access my result.

Please perform a hard refresh on your browser Ctrl(Cmd) + Shift + R. If this doesn't work, try accessing the site with an incognito browser.
