"Can't Load" on Firefly, yet still deducted 400 credits

I was attempting to do a img2vid prompt when the first result wasnt what i wanted, so I altered the prompt and ran it a second time, when I got an error (see screenshot).
Even though it didn’t give me any result at all, it still deducted my credits 400.
You charged me and gave me nothing

      I am not sure. However, what I often do in these cases is:

      • clear cache
      • close off open Adobe Firefly tabs
      • turn my computer off and on

      I have had similar problems and find that this has helped.

      The ‘issue’ I see happening is that the image could be kind of hard to distinguish exactly what it is. There are a lot of whites, grays, and blacks.

      Possibly the “violent nature” smashing into a house could be a trigger word: maybe???
